Position Overview:
Falken Industries is seeking an experienced and security-cleared Construction Manager to oversee and manage a high-security government construction project in Santa Ana, CA. This position requires strong leadership, thorough knowledge of ICD 705 standards, and hands-on experience managing secure facility construction projects for U.S. Government clients.

You will be the on-site lead responsible for ensuring successful execution of project milestones, security protocol compliance, and quality control across all phases of the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
·         • Direct and manage all phases of secure construction activity from mobilization to closeout.

·         • Enforce and ensure compliance with ICD 705 construction standards, processes, and documentation.

·         • Coordinate with stakeholders including government personnel, subcontractors, architects, and inspectors.

·         • Lead on-site meetings, manage construction timelines, resolve field issues, and oversee subcontractor performance.

·         • Ensure daily operations align with safety and security requirements for a TS/SCI environment.

·         • Report progress, risks, and delays to the Government COR and corporate leadership.

·         • Manage secure materials, equipment, personnel access, and escorts in accordance with site protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:
·         • Active TS/SCI security clearance (mandatory)

·         • Minimum 5 years of construction management experience, preferably on secure government or DoD facilities

·         • Strong understanding of ICD 705, secure facility requirements, and related compliance protocols

·         • Proven ability to manage teams, enforce timelines, and maintain document control under security constraints

·         • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

·         • US Citizenship required

Compensation & Benefits:
·         • Base Salary: $140,000/year

·         • Start-up Bonus: $5,000 for successful deployment by Sept 15

·         • Quarterly Performance Bonus: $1,000 per quarter
